About the Opportunity
Due to internal demand, Employment Office is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Taringa.
While EO operates on a unique recruitment solutions process, this role will see you developing a new sub-division within Employment Office based on a more traditional agency model. You will develop a database of high-calibre candidates and will contact organisations looking for staff, in order to 'sell' these candidates. Ideally you will also have an existing network of business contacts.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident professional with a background in recruiting across a range of industries.
This is a role in which service and industry knowledge are essential to maintaining credibility, so you will have an in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, and be recognised for your creative problem solving and negotiation skills. You have a professional and engaging phone manner, able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders across a range of industries and backgrounds.
With rapid expansion both Australia wide and internationally underway, there will be many opportunities for further career progression within Employment Office. You will be an integral member of a highly motivated team that thrives on "a job well done" and on client satisfaction.
