What you'll be doing:

• Assisting team leader with motivating and maintaining the spirit of your team
• Supporting your team leader with the vision and focus of your team
• Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
• Assisting and supporting your team leader in all aspects of the Flight Centre business environment; including:
  • Customer service and satisfaction
  • Implementation and adherence to Flight Centre daily, weekly and monthly systems
  • Shop and team presentation
  • Achievement of financial results and KPI's

What you'll need:

• High volume cruise sales OR minimum 12mths work experience on Cruise Ships
• Leads by example
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage change
• Exceptional customer service
• The drive, determination and focus to co-lead a successful business
• Sound Business Acumen
• 100% belief in and commitment to the Flight Centre Limited systems and philosophies
• Minimum 1 years experience in International Travel Sales
• A proactive attitude
• The ability to bring across an existing database
• A proven FCL sales record
