Team Leader: Corporate Traveller - Oakville (Southwestern Ontario)

A fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader has opened up in Corporate Traveller with the opening of a NEW business located in Oakville (Southwestern Ontario).

The Team Leader is a coach, mentor and commercially savvy individual who will create a successful business by independently growing their store sales, margins and profits through people.  Totally accountable for team and store performance, the Team Leader will manage, lead and develop a team to identify, develop and retain profitable business growth and opportunities.  Furthermore, the Team Leader will be responsible for meeting their own sales targets and leading by example.

The successful applicant will have:

•  Minimum 1 year of leadership experience within Corporate Traveller or Flight Centre
•  Proven relationship building and team development experience 
•  Flexibility and Adaptability
•  Leadership and Initiative, Results Orientation
•  Influence and Persuasiveness
•  Customer Focus & Motivation and Fit
•  Financial Analysis and Business Acumen
•  Oral Communication and Presentation skills
